Ferrari California grand touring sports cars are a 2-door hard top convertible cruiser powered by a 450 horsepower engine. It is the first front-engine V8 Ferrari. Although the current line was launched in 2008, it revives the Ferrari "California" name which first appeared in the 1950's with the Ferrari 250 GT.
